Summary:
In an uncertain world we cling to good health for our security and safety. Many churches are discovering the power of a healing ministry in bringing people closer to Christ.

In this second book of the series, David Watson shows us how healing is both a sign of God's power among us and of his kingdom here on earth. He gives practical, biblical teaching on healing as well as personal testimony to a God who heals, but not always in the ways we ask.

At the height of his international ministry David was diagnosed with cancer and, although many people prayed and believed in healing for him, he died a year later. In this book David reminds us that we are called to pray and expect healing but in the end it is God who heals, not us, nor our prayers.

During the latter part of the 20th century David Watson was one of the UK's best known evangelists. He was an inspirational preacher, prolific author and gifted communicator.

‘David Watson was one of the best known and loved Christian leaders of modern times...he had an impact as evangelist and teacher second only to Billy Graham.'
